This review is for manager/supervisor “BREEZY” had a small issue, but was handled and resolved professionally. The food is actually very delicious. I got the battered fish plate which came with rice and beans. The side order of tortillas i believe were freshly made, they had an authentic mexican taste to them. Overall great food!!! Definitely will order again. BREEZY YOU ARE THE BEST!!! They are lucky to have you

Amazing spot! The food at Tacombi is delicious, and the vibe is super welcoming. Big shoutout to Maria, she was incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. Also, great place to come with a service dog. Can’t wait to come back!

Stopped by for a quick bite since we were staying across the street. Started out with the guac which was great and enjoyed the crispy fish and Al pastor tacos (pictured). I also enjoyed the Beef Birria. Glad we stopped by!

Tacombi is a staple take-out spot for us here in LIC. The food is delicious, fresh and always hits the spot. Recently I’ve had some issues with the drivers on the delivery service I use (seamless) (and at no fault of the restaurant) and when I’ve called to resolve the issue, the manager, Abu, and his team, were extremely helpful and honored my orders. The staff here are so kind, and Tacombi really strives for both exceptional food and service! I recently learned they have their own app for delivery orders where they’re able to track the drivers directly. Their guac and chips, birria bowl and chicken & al pastor tacos are some of my faves!

We chose the LIC Tacombi branch to try the so-called Mexican City’s only Michelin-starred Taqueria Tacos because it’s the least busy location, and it was the right decision, though we always go to Tacombi and prefer the better service at the Williamsburg location. Both Steak and chicken tacos were wonderfully delicious. The chicken was lean yet quite tender, and the steak was divinely juicy and tender, let alone the hot sauces that were served with that brightened up the flavor of the tacos that were already so great! We loved the whole experience and hope Tacombi brings Taqueria back in NYC again!

Perfect place for a mini celebration dinner! Lots of options to choose from, and the food comes out fresh. We had Maria as our waitress and she added so much more to the experience. Will come back again, especially for the Pina Coladas!
